The solution is optimized for a cloudless decentralized and dummy-proof for everyday usage by any citizen on any health-related business or public institution:

Assumptions

  • It is assumed to be secure each device where a copy exists of the medical data. For instance, it is accepted IOS on the iPhone to be secure.
  • It is assumed to be secure any exchange platform for the medical data access (in any hospital for instance).
  • It Is assumed to be secure any terminal computer for local access to medical data (local 2 local access). For instance, in regions where there is no Internet connectivity or in the event of Internet failure.
  • In the event of an emergency, medical data needs to be accessible with just one click. For instance, an iris scan or fingerprint read.
  • Medical data records are the responsibility of a citizen. That is to say, if he/she forges medical data it won't be on his/her best interest.
  • In proved cases where the citizen is unable to handle adequately his/her medical records, a third person should be allowed to do it. If any, the public health system / private company should be paid by the state to provide such service free of charge.

Solution requirements

  • A health data transfer protocol that ensures privacy/secrecy of medical data across networks that can connect any device for that purpose.
  • A microservice to keep up to date the latest version all copies of the medical data of a given citizen any time a device with a copy of the data, connects to the health data protocol network. For instance, let's say I have 6 copies of my medical data on 6 different devices at home. Lately, I've been using the same device, my smartphone for instance, when visiting the doctor in the last couple of months. Naturally, this device has a more up to date record of my medical data. Other devices on plugging in into the health network need to update, upon request, to the latest data records. (is needed some sort of "tracking ID" for knowing what is the latest version of the medical data)
Medical data access needs to be made on a local secured network. Only if needed, accessed through the Internet. For instance, using RFID / NFC technology to do data access, for instance, in a doctor's office. Or the faster but proprietary transferJet technology for the same purpose.

Due to achievement on automation current economic paradigm arrived to its boundary limits of validity. It does not mean that is going to end. As is being perceived right know we already live with different economies side by side everyday. The one more easily perceived is also what is being taking place from centuries ago, and is my personal opinion that is also the one that is now fully exaushed in a sense that it already defines what is possible to merchant within it. The possibility of automation is so vast that is already required a new thinking on what does it mean in terms of work. Primary need of humans in order to get by a everyday life on society (not to be confused with partnership OOC). As result, automated systems open the possibility of living in new ways never seen before. Automated, does not mean that a person will not have anything to do or work. Instead you are required to know how to use knowledge in realtime in order to be able to do work, or instead, access the usage of technological equipments.

		    Temperature Dependence of Self-Sensing Micro Carbon Polymer-based Composites for Further Development as IoT Sensor Device

This article investigates the dependency of temperature in electrical resistance (R) change on micro carbon fiber polymer composites (MCFPC), for further development as an IoT sensor. Composites at test were submitted to temperature loading, with a constant strain of 0.0%, for assessment of R when a change in composite’s temperature occurs. It was observed composite’s response to follow an Arrhenius function, for temperatures ranging from -10°C to 40°C and carbon fiber content ranging from 13% to 50% (wt%). The apparent activation energy was calculated to evaluate further differences between carbon fiber contents and the sensitivity factor, S_T, due to temperature is determined. Specimens were also put to test with a constant strain of 2,86% for assessment of creep. A good agreement was found between creep and R over the period of time in analysis. The discrete latent variable model was found to best fit results. The sensitivity factor changes in regard to stress relaxation, S_R, is determined. The properties of MCFPC investigated here can be used to establish relationships between electrical resistance outputs and environmental loading conditions on this type of composites, enabling the possibility of deployment as part of a management system network for structural monitoring with real-time data acquisition.

		Analysis of the Time Dependency of Chloride Diffusion on Modelling Concrete Durability

One of main concerns in modelling durability has to do with chloride-induced corrosion and the main cause of deterioration of reinforced concrete structures. To assess chloride penetration in concrete, is required to determine with fair amount of precision the diffusion coefficient of chloride ion, which governs the mechanism of penetration in concrete. However, is difficult to obtain chloride diffusion coefficients from experiments due to time and cost limitations. In regards to modelling, to better understand time dependency in chloride diffusion, current developments are analysed. Furthermore, a novel approach using Einstein’s Brownian motion is also presented that enable a macroscopic analysis of chloride diffusion in concrete medium but also allows scale modelling and support for the redefinition of diffusion over extended periods of time. To better understand the discussed models, an experimental campaign was carried out. Concrete samples were made with ordinary Portland cement (OPC) with four different w/b ratios ranging from 0.40 to 0.78. Laboratory testing consisted on the rapid migration test with different testing times aimed on the evaluation of ionic movement of chlorides due to applied electric field during testing and how it affects the later. Results presented are in agreement with the proposed model approach trough a comparison model analysis.

		Machine Learning Modelling for Optimization of ER Measurements on Self-Sensing Carbon Fiber Composites in Edge Computing Monitoring Solutions

Self-sensing ability of materials, in particular carbon fiber composites, is a must have factor or remote assessing the serviceability of a particular structural composite element. When investigating the sensing abilities of carbon fiber composites is frequently found electrical resistance change measurements to vary from its correlated mechanical properties, namely stress and strain. One of the main challenges when making a carbon fiber self-sensing material (CFSSM) is how to attain reproducibility of the sensing ability. This article investigates the dependency of temperature in electrical resistance (R) change when specimens are submitted to a constant strain external loading of 2,86% for assessment of creep. The Bayesian regularization backpropagation algorithm is built to predict the electrical resistance of the CFSSM specimens based on 1500 data collected from experiments. performance of the model is evaluated by three specific statistical criteria, such as the Pearson correlation coefficient (R), root mean square error (RMSE), and mean absolute error (MAE). results show that the proposed algorithm performed well for the prediction of the composite's electrical resistance output. It can be concluded that the backpropagation neural network-based machine learning improves accuracy and automates further the development to deployment phases of this type of materials on site for remote live monitoring part of a management system network for structural monitoring with real-time data acquisition.
